Live Feed Update: Veto winner ponders a ‘$100,000 move’

John Powell – GlobalTV

The Power of Veto has been played and won. Now the holder has what could be a game-defining choice to make.

Kaela, one half of the Daela Alliance, is on the block with her partner Derek. Since she won the Power of Veto last night, she will assuredly save herself and be the sole eviction vote. The question is does she take this golden opportunity to cut her partner Derek or does she send Will to the jury house instead to break up his alliance with Paras?

As he packed his bags in case he is evicted, Will sat down and chatted with Kaela in the red bedroom.

Will asked Kaela directly if she is voting to keep Derek.

“It is something I am definitely thinking about because I know I till cut Derek I just don’t know if it is now,” she replied saying it all comes down to her chances in the final HoH. She believes if Derek wins, he will not take her to the finals.

“This would be your $100,000 move to make, to cut Derek right now especially with the jury. The way Maddy was saying it to you, if you have had two chances to cut Derek and you didn’t take either chance, the jury is probably not going to vote for you,” Will suggested.

Will told Kaela that Derek did make a deal with him yesterday to cut her.

“We both are going to cut each other. I knew that. There was no way he couldn’t have been thinking that,” said Kaela.

“This would be your huge move of the game and if you do this, I will give you my word that I will bring you to the final two. Anyone’s best chance to win is to being me to the final two,” Will insisted.

Later, in the HoH room, Kaela spoke to Paras as well.

“The only thing I don’t want to do is get to the final three and walk out in third place,” said a worried Kaela.

“At that point, you take things into your own hands but if Derek’s here he has a really good chance of beating you, same as you have of beating him but if you are facing Will you have a better chance of taking matters into your own hands. If you want to go with Will, you can go with Will. If you want to go with me, you can go with me,” argued Paras.

“I would cut him (Derek) in a heartbeat but I don’t know if I should do that now or in the final three? I just don’t know what’s my better option,” said Kaela.

“You know what your better option is, emotions aside,” said Paras.

Before the live feeds ended for the season, the houseguests gathered in the living room for an announcement by host, Arisa Cox.

“Tonight, one more of you will be sent to jury. Welcome to a special eviction,” she said before the feeds went down for the season.

Next Wednesday catch a special eviction episode and find out who advances to BBCAN6’s final three. The two-hour season finale of Big Brother Canada airs next Thursday.
